A missed appointment is defined as

• An appointment that you do not show up for OR
• An appointment that you provide less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule.

Our office attempts to confirm all appointments over the phone. Patients who fail to show for their scheduled appointments or did not notify the office within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee.
