Since this is a maxillofacial surgery office, it is unlike a typical dental office in that some procedures performed are covered only with medical insurances or in conjunction with dental. Contact our office for questions and call your insurance provider to determine coverages or if a referral from primary care physician is needed. If we do not participate with your insurance, we accept CareCredit. Unfortunately, we do not accept any payment plans and all out-of-pocket expenses are expected to be paid in full on the day of the procedure.
